Introducing Climate Diplomacy Weeks in Eswatini

01.10.2021

The 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as COP26, is the 26th United Nations Climate Change conference. It is scheduled to be held in the city of Glasgow, Scotland between 31 October and 12 November 2021, under the presidency of the United Kingdom.

The Conference of the Parties (COP) meets every year, unless the Parties (Countries) decide otherwise. The first COP meeting was held in Berlin, Germany in March, 1995.

Let's look at a reminder of The Paris Agreement from the Conference of the Parties (CoP)21 in December 2015, where 195 countries agreed to the world's first action plan to tackle climate change by limiting global warming to ‘well below 2°C'

How do you think the citizens of the world are doing? Let us know your thoughts and suggestions for a brighter and more climate resilient future for the Eswatini nation. #EUClimateAction
