Ex-Ante publication of Call for Tenders: EU at EXPO Osaka 2025
The EU will showcase in Osaka, by way of a pavilion and a number of activities during the Expo period, its efforts to design a future society for its citizens – and for people around the world – in which green transition, sustainability, connectivity, inclusivity and security are at the heart of key policies.
To ensure the EU presence in Osaka, the European Commission has published a call for tenders for a service contract for the provision of the pavilion’s exhibition design, furnishing, fit out services, staffing, management and decommissioning; the organisation of EU events during the Expo; and the related communication activities.

The deadline for submitting an interest to tender with the necessary documentation is

In a second phase, short-listed candidates will be invited to submit a full offer. The contract will tentatively start mid-March 2024 and will run for 24 months.
