The EU Delegation and the University of Tokyo are inviting students to take part in a Model European Union (MEU) simulation that will be held at the university on 28 and 29 October. Participants will take on the role of a representative of one of the EU Member States or of one of the EU institutions and negotiate policy decisions on climate change, gaining a deeper understanding of how the EU works by experiencing a simulated policy decision by the EU Council of Ministers.
