Call for expression of interest: Provision of communication and social media services in the MENA region

The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Jordan is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure to conclude a framework contract for communication and social media services in the MENA region (reference number No: EEAS/DELJORA/2026/001).

The expected services to be delivered under this 4-year framework contract include:

  • Monthly activity plans
  • Content creation for social media 
  • Community management
  • Performance measurement

Indicative overall budget: between 160.000 and 180.000 Euro. 

This tender is open to service providers established in Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine (*) and Egypt.

In order to receive the tender documents, interested parties shall express their interest by sending their contact details (legal entity name, postal address, valid e-mail address and telephone number) to the following e-mail address: DELEGATION-JORDAN-ADMINISTRATION-PROCUREMENT@eeas.europa.eu.

The European Union Delegation is under no obligation to attribute any of the framework contracts mentioned. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegation be obliged to finalize a framework service contract on the basis of the expression of interest by a tenderer.
