Survey: How European investment contributes to industrialization and development in Jordan

03.03.2021

The EU Delegation is mapping the presence of the EU private sector in Jordan and its contribution to Jordan’s economy. This information will be used to determine ways of better formulating the dialogue with the Government of Jordan on how to improve the investment climate and trade exchanges.

All EU firms in the country or potential investors can collaborate by filing in the 5-minute survey online [www.surveymonkey.com/r/EUinvestmentJordan] by 30 April 2021.

By “European” firm, it is considered any firm with EU ownership, EU Headquarters or EU capital. Geographically speaking, firms from the EU 27 Member States are covered. The survey also applies to Jordanian companies for whom the EU represents the main market (both exports and/or imports).

All replies are confidential and protected by EU’s data Protection Law. They will be presented in aggregated form (as a whole, not mentioning individual companies) and will not be shared with third parties.

Ines Escudero, Consultant from DAI Consulting, is implementing this project on behalf of the EU Delegation to Jordan. Do not hesitate to contact her (inescudero@gmail.com) if you need further information or would like to add input not covered by the survey.

This project is part of the European External Investment plan (EIP) to help boosting EU investment in the Southern Neighbourhood partner countries. More information at: https://ec.europa.eu/commission/eu-external-investment-plan_en
