The European Union Delegation to the Republic of Liberia intends to initiate a negotiated procedure for a framework contract for the supply of office premises cleaning and maintenance services at its offices in Monrovia.

A number of competent companies and/or individuals meeting the required minimum qualifications will be shortlisted and invited to receive the full tender package for submission of offers.
