EU for Private Sector in Libya (EU4PSL)

EU4PSL (2019-2023) aims to help improve the business environment in Libya and generate economic growth and job opportunities, in particular for women and youth.

 

 

The project is part of the EU's support to private sector development in the country, and engages government authorities, civil society organizations and entrepreneurs. It aims at:

Strengthening the capacities of Libyan institutions to encourage economic development:
EU4PSL works alongside Libyan Ministries of Economy and Finance to provide a better environment for businesses.

Supporting civil society organisations working on youth’s and women’s economic empowerment and start-up entrepreneurship.

Improving access to finance for MSMEs and start-ups, including with innovative financial tools and microfinance.
