Cross-border exchange for the development of Cultural and Creative industries

The Ministry of Culture and Media will define an appropriate mechanism for the use of the Creative Hub in Kotor, to demonstrate the justification for the implementation of projects aimed at valorising cultural assets for the purpose of placing them in a contemporary context and proving that sustainable models in culture are possible.
This was conveyed by the Minister of Culture and Media, Dr. Tamara Vujović, who spoke at the final event of the IPA 3C project "Cross-border exchange for the development of Cultural and Creative industries," which the Ministry of Culture and Media implemented with partners from Albania and Italy. "We are particularly proud that our Ministry has been recognised by relevant institutions as the leading partner in this project that has a total value of €4.3 million, contributing to the construction of our institutional, administrative, and managerial capacities," said Vujović.
The results achieved within the 3C project were presented by Milena Ražnatović, an independent advisor at the Ministry of Culture and Media. Nikola Radović from DAA Montenegro discussed products and prototypes from artistic residencies held within this project in Bari, Campobasso, and Kotor.
A composition created during the residency at the Kotor Hub was also presented.
The 3C project is supported within the cross-border cooperation programme Italy-Albania-Montenegro. In addition to the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro, which was the main partner in the implementation of the project, other project partners include the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism of Montenegro, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania, the National Institute for Cultural Heritage of Albania, the Puglia Region—the Department of Tourism, Economy, Culture, and Territorial Development, Italy; the Molise Region, Italy; and the Culture Foundation of the Molise Region, Italy. Associated partners include the National Centre for Cinematography, Albania, and the Gramsci Foundation, Puglia, Italy.
