The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows:

To assist the Montenegrin administration to effectively manage EU integration and pre-accession

assistance in order to speed up preparations for EU membership.

Number of required experts: One (1) Junior Non-Key Expert

Period of assignment: November 2023 to April 2024 (6 months)

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills:

• ​Bachelor’s Degree (University Degree awarded on completion of min. three (3) years of study);
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
  
   

General Professional Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years of general professional experience; 

Specific Professional Experience: 

• Minimum three (3) years of specific professional experience in the relevant field: Preparation and implementation of EU projects and programmes.
