ReLOaD 2026 Call – NEXUS MARIS Cluster
Municipalities of Bar, Budva and Kotor, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), launched a Call for Proposals for non-governmental organisations to submit project proposals within the framework of the Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 3 (ReLOaD3).
Participation in this public call is open, on equal terms, to all formally registered non-governmental organisations (associations or foundations) with headquarters in the territories of Bar, Budva and Kotor. If a non-governmental organisation from the territory of one municipality within the Nexus Maris Cluster wishes to implement project activities in the territory of another municipality within the Cluster, it must establish a partnership with a non-governmental organisation registered in the municipality where the project is to be implemented.
All interested non-governmental organisations may find detailed information on application requirements and project funding criteria in the Guidelines for Applicants within the Call.
During the Call, training sessions will be organised for interested NGO representatives, and mentoring/advisory support from a ReLOaD consultant will be provided for the preparation and finalisation of project proposals and accompanying documentation. This support will be available only to registered NGO representatives who have requested assistance from the ReLOaD project team during the Call period via the email address: reloadgrants.me@undp.org.
Questions related to the public call may also be submitted via email to reloadgrants.me@undp.org, indicating ReLOaD3 Programme in the subject line. Questions may be submitted until 13 May 2026. Responses will be provided in writing within 3 working days of receipt.
The deadline for submitting applications is 15 May 2026 at 13:00. Applications submitted after the specified deadline will be considered only if the postmark indicates they were sent before the official deadline.
