What Awaits Participants of the IV EYCA Educo Camp?

The first day of camp on 12 August marks International Youth Day. The programme will begin with a panel discussion titled "What Really Matters to Young People?". Representatives from the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the Capital City of Podgorica, Europe House, and the Centre for Youth Education will discuss the most pressing issues affecting young people today.
The programme will continue with a series of educational workshops for the participants. On the first day of the camp, the participating youth will have the opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills in the following areas and from the following experts:
- Youth Safety on the Internet (Luka Radunović, MTEL)
- Youth Participation in the Decision-Making Process (Corina Pirvulescu, EYCA Office, Belgium and Kristina Janković, Youth Activist)
- Will Generation Z Be the Hero of a Sustainable Future and How Can It Become One? (Biljana Gligorić, Central Bank of Montenegro)
On 13 August, the second day of the camp, the educational sessions will continue with:
- Assertive Communication Skills in a Business Context (Ivana Bobičić, Represent Communications)
- What Does Smart Management of Personal Finances Mean for the Youth Today? (Marina Vojinović, NLB Bank)
- How Important is Mobility for the Healthy Development of Values Among Young People? (Vanja Drljević, Erasmus+ Office)
- Creative Entrepreneurship as a Growing Trend Among Young People (Jelena Fuštić, Union of Young Entrepreneurs of Montenegro)
In addition to the rich educational programme, participants can also expect extracurricular, educational activities over the two days of the camp, such as a nature workshop (led by Dejana Dizdar, Green Wave), treasure hunts, quizzes, and more.
The camp has aimed to foster a healthy culture of socialising and bonding among young people in nature for the past four consecutive years. Many friendships have been formed in previous editions of the camp. This year’s participants will also enjoy film evenings, gatherings by the fire, sports games, nature walks, swimming, and much more.
