The Delegation of the European Union to Nepal plans to conclude a  contract for regular maintenance of office IT equipment (MFP, printers, scanners and others) and supply of toners, cartridges and other spare parts.

The indicative time to launch the tender is 01 March 2023.

The maximum estimated value of the contract is 60,000 EUR.

Natural persons and legal entities who are interested in participating in the tender are invited to submit their expression of interest by sending:

1. Business name + company profile
2. Postal address + physical address
3. Name + email address of contact person
4. Tender references: Tender number + Tender Title
