The call will support better policy dialogue and accountability, as well as better educational outcomes on the LNOB agenda. These two themes emerged as the most important added value of civil society in the education sector, during a consultation with civil society organisations.

The delegation strongly encourages the complementarity of the different implementing modalities (see complementary measures 2 and 3). Working together will reinforce the EU policy dialogue at federal, provincial and local level with the support of the technical assistance and in partnership with the CSOs. This support will complete the support provided by Education Out Loud funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) that in Nepal is empowering the CSOs to improve accountability of the education system.
