SURVEY: EU INVESTMENTS in NEPAL

The European Union (EU) is assessing the footprint of the EU private sector in Nepal and its impact on the country's economy. This comprehensive analysis serves as a foundation for organising the program of the upcoming 2nd edition of the EU-NP Business Forum in the second semester of 2024.

All European Union-affiliated enterprises currently operating in Nepal, as well as potential investors, are encouraged to participate in a brief 5-minute online survey available at [https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/EUinvestmentNepal]. The deadline for survey submissions has been extended to 8 April 2024.

For the purposes of this survey, a "European" firm is defined as any entity with EU ownership, an EU Headquarters, or EU capital. This designation encompasses companies from any of the 27 EU member states. Additionally, the survey is open to Nepalese companies for whom the EU serves as the primary market for either exports or imports.

All responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and are safeguarded by the EU's Data Protection Law. The findings will be presented in an aggregated format, ensuring that individual company details remain undisclosed and will not be shared with external parties.

Should you require further information or wish to provide additional input not covered by the survey, please feel free to contact the EU Delegation to Nepal via email at [delegation-nepal@eeas.europa.eu].
