EU Delegation Celebrates Wellness and Unity with “eunited in motion – Qatar National Sports Day 2026”

The Delegation of the European Union to the State of Qatar, in collaboration with EU Member State embassies, organized the eunited in motion event celebrating Qatar National Sports Day 2026 at Doha Sands Beach, as part of its commitment to health, sustainability, and community spirit.

The event welcomed around 40 participants, including diplomats, embassy staff, and their families, for a professionally led circuit-style fitness program combining indoor Pilates, outdoor beach bootcamp challenges, and a final group stretch and breathwork session.

The EU Ambassador, HE Dr. Cristian Tudor, remarked: “Today was a celebration of unity, energy, and well-being. Through (eunited in motion), we not only encouraged healthy living but reinforced the bonds that bring our European community together.”

The event also featured strong EU visibility through custom blue-branded kits, including t-shirts, water bottles, and drawstring bags, all marked with the “eunited” identity.

The Delegation thanks all participating embassies for their active involvement and looks forward to making this initiative a recurring tradition that reflects the EU’s values in action.
