On the occasion of International Women's Day, we give the floor to colleagues from the European Union Delegation to Senegal to discuss a crucial question:

"What needs to change, in your opinion?" 

This year's theme—"Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL women and girls"—reminds us that progress towards equality is never guaranteed. It requires concrete commitments, fair policies, and collective action. 

Through this video, voices from the Delegation share their reflections, convictions, and hopes for a world where every woman and girl can fully exercise her rights, live in dignity, and participate in building our societies.
