Call for Tender: Provision of Designer/Design Agency to help shape and strengthen the visual identity of the EU in Singapore services for the Delegation of the European Union to Singapore

Introduction: The EU Delegation to Singapore is launching a call for tender using a negotiated procedure for the provision of Designer/Design Agency to help shape and strengthen the visual identity of the EU in Singapore services.

Once the deadline for inscription (expression of interest) is closed, we will reach out to economic operators who have expressed interest with the invitation to tender that will include information on how to submit a tender.

Deadline to express your interest (inscription): 23/09/2026, 17:30 (Singapore time)

Sending of invitation to tender (indicative time): 02/10/2026
