The EU Delegation to Singapore is launching a call for tender using a negotiated procedure for the provision of photography and videography services.

If you are interested in participating, you may express your interest by sending your contact details to delegation-singapore-administration@eeas.europa.eu, following the instructions here:   How to apply for an EEAS call for tenders.

Once the deadline for inscription (expression of interest) is closed, we will reach out to economic operators who have expressed interest with the invitation to tender that will include information on how to submit a tender.

Deadline to express your interest (inscription): 21/09/2026, 17:30 (Singapore time)

Sending of invitation to tender (indicative time): 30/09/2026
