Deepening the understanding of EU sanctions and enhancing cooperation to reduce sanctions circumvention: Virtual Seminar

The European Union is organizing a full-day virtual training seminar on EU sanctions, scheduled to take place online on 1 July 2025. 

The primary aim of this seminar is to raise awareness of EU sanctions and their application, and to cooperate to counter possible circumvention of these measures.

The EU's team of trainers includes sanctions experts from the European Commission, representatives from EU Member States as well as experts from the EU private sector (compliance divisions of major banks, exports and transportation/logistics companies).

Conducted in English, the seminar will run from 8.30am-4pm (SGT)

The seminar is free of charge and targeted at private sector operators interested in improving their awareness of EU sanctions. Stakeholders who would like to participate in the seminar can register using the following link:
