Call for expression of interest. Purchase of Vehicle Hire Services for ECHO Sudan

The European Commission DG European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) Office in Sudan is planning to launch a tender to conclude a contract for the purchase of Vehicle Hire Services (Self-Drive and Driver-Provided Options) 

The threshold of the tender is foreseen as Eur. 50,000.00, over the four years. The launch of procurement procedure is foreseen at the end of October 2026. 

The objective of this call for expression is to solicit reputable providers who can offer the enlisted service. 

All the economic operators (registered and licensed in Sudan, willing to participate in the tender are kindly requested to claim their interest by sending an email titled “Supply of Vehicle Hire Services - ECHO Sudan” to the following email address
