Service provider to implement a cabling in ECHO office

With the reference to above subject CFI, ECHO Khartoum office would like to contract a service provider to implement a cabling in the office, All interested service providers are invited to submit their interest to participate in the tender process:

2. Location: ECHO office, Khartoum 2 St. 33.
3.  Issuing Agency ECHO KRT office.
4.  Expected Results: Service providers expressing their interest will be invited to complete requirements for prequalification.
5. The interest must be submitted electronically to echoadministration.khartoum@echofield.eu

Mentioning the Ref# CFI 102022 in the email subject, not later than 29 August 2022. late interest will no longer be considered.

6. The interest must be submitted in English language.
7. All required information must be provided, responding clearly and concisely to all the points set out. Any interest which does not fully and comprehensively address this CFI requirements may be rejected.
8. Interest shall not be modified or withdrawn after the deadline.
9. The service provider shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the interest.
10. All information given in writing or verbally shared with the service provider in connection with this CFI is to be treated as strictly confidential.
11. The service provider shall not share such information to any third party.

This obligation shall continue after the selection process has been completed whether the service provider interest is successful or not.
