The EU Delegation to Turkmenistan supports children with disabilities to start a new academic year

On 11 August 2023, as part of the Back to School campaign, the European Union Delegation to Turkmenistan together with the Support Center for Persons with Disabilities of Turkmenistan held an event in support of vulnerable families that have children with disabilities of school age. The EU Delegation has presented 30 school packages, which will help students in their education processes. 

Mr. Diego Ruiz Alonso, the Ambassador and Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan, attended the event and presented to the children backpacks and school supplies as a gift before the start of the new academic year, and passed his good wishes to the children and their parents.
