Coronavirus: EU Delegation to Uganda teleworking

In view of these exceptional circumstances, we would welcome receiving correspondence by email to our functional mailbox delegation-uganda@eeas.europa.eu rather than by paper copy.

Documents, such as contracts and invoices, for which originals are required should continue to be submitted by paper copy as in the past. However, the submission by e-mail of a scanned courtesy copy also of those documents would be extremely appreciated.  

While we will strive to ensure business continuity, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

During this challenging period we would like to express our heartfelt solidarity with the people and the Government of Uganda and in particular commend the stewardship of the Ministry of Health.

We urge all our partners to follow closely all the instructions and precautionary measures as provided by the Ugandan authorities.
