“There is no other country simultaneously carrying out large-scale reforms while fighting for its very survival,” emphasized the European Union Ambassador to Ukraine, Katarína Mathernová.
She also highlighted the activism of Ukrainian civil society, the press, and the resilience of Ukrainians who, despite ongoing attacks, continue to work, study, and support their country.
