The application period opens on 10 June 2026 at 11:00 Kyiv time and closes on 1 July 2026 at 23:59 Kyiv time.
The 10th edition will take place from 14 September to 23 October 2026 at the College of Europe in Natolin in Warsaw, Poland, and will focus on the Cluster 1 – “Fundamentals of the EU accession negotiation process”.

Training participants will:
- learn directly from experienced former EU accession negotiators from Croatia, Poland and Romania, who were involved in leading the transposition of EU law in their respective countries;
- deepen their understanding of EU law, EU decision-making and the next steps in Ukraine’s accession process together with senior experts from EU Member States and the European Commission;
- develop key skills needed for the implementation of the NPAA, including a practical understanding of how EU law is created, transposed and implemented by EU Member States;
- gain insight into how the European Commission assesses information provided by candidate countries and how its reports may be interpreted;
- improve their understanding of “Brussels English”, including EU-specific terminology and communication practices used in exchanges with the European Commission.
At the end of the programme, each participant will prepare an analytical paper focused on the implementation of the EU acquis in an area relevant to their work in Ukraine.
