Description: The overall objective of the project is to facilitate and promote the reform in the waterborne transport. This reform will be directly related to the obligations of the Article 367 of the AA to ''promote efficient, effective and safe transport operations'' and Annex XXXII to chapter 7 of the AA listing the relevant EU legislation to be implemented.
