Development of the E-monitoring information and analytical system for State Agency for Water Resources in Ukraine

The EU-funded programme “EU4Environment – Water Resources and Environmental Data” builds upon the success of previous programmes like the European Union Water Initiative Plus (EUWI+) and the Shared Environmental Information System Phase II (SEIS). It is supporting Eastern Partnership countries in the preservation of natural resources in line with the European Green Deal and a post-COVID-19 green recovery.

The programme aims to improve human health and wellbeing, as well as the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

It is implemented by a Consortium of European Union Member States (Environment Agency Austria, Austrian Development Agency and International Office for Water-OiEau, France), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). 

In the frame of the output dedicated to Open data and citizens’ participation in data collection and analysis is launching a tendering procedure as contracting authority for the Development of the E-monitoring information and analytical system for State Agency for Water Resources in Ukraine.
