The e-Governance Academy (eGA) is looking for an expert to complement the Ukrainian team and help our Ukrainian partners to develop the e-service reengineering methodology, establish Digital Competence center.

Main responsibilities:

● participating in the development of the e-service reengineering methodology

● participating in the establishment of the e-services Competence Center

● participating in  e-services development

● participating in e-services planning and coordinating

● preparing and organizing the necessary project documentation

● cooperation with the parties involved in implementing the project

● identifying, collecting, and formalizing requirements for e-services

● creating business, functional and non-functional specifications

● determining product analysis metrics, analyzing the obtained data

● preparing reports and presentations

● preparation and participating in relevant events like forums, seminars and trainings

● participation in the process of development and implementation of new systems and programs, thereby contributing to the achievement of business goals

The suitable candidate has:

● bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT specialization

● intermediate level of English

● good knowledge of Microsoft office suite

● experience in developing business requirements and product acceptance criteria

● understanding the principles of business process modelling, knowledge of BPMN

● good report preparation skills, experience working with technical documentation and methodology

● ability to respond effectively to time sensitive demands & inquiries

● demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer relations (both internally & externally)

● skills in productive communication

● experience with development and implementation of the ordered software

● knowledge of the development and implementation of information systems

● knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of IT (ITIL, protection of information in information systems, software development, etc.) – as an advantage

● E-governance experience – desirable

● experience as a Busyness Analyst or Product Manager from 1 year is welcome
