Energy efficient Hnivan – energy policy for sustainable development of Hnivan town

Description: complex thermomodernization of the Hnivan municipal kindergartens’ buildings № 1,3,4,5. Establishing an annual Municipal Energy Efficiency Fund for implementation of energy efficient solutions for blocks-of-flats of Hnivan. Installing the municipal energy monitoring system of energy consumption by state-owned institutions of Hnivan.
