EU launches €17 million Call for Proposals under EU4CSOs in Ukraine
The European Union (EU) is launching of the 2025 Call for Proposals under the EU4CSOs in Ukraine programme, supported by the Ukraine Facility.
A total budget of EUR 17,000,000 has been made available by the EU for this call. Civil society organisations across Ukraine are invited to submit project proposals under five thematic lots:
- Women and Gender Equality
- Media
- Human Rights
- Social Cohesion
- Youth

Important Dates
1) The deadline for submission of concept notes is 29 January 2026 12:00 am
(midday) Brussels time.
