European Integration Without Disinformation: A Network of Civic Resilience in Ukraine 

The Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine is launching a call of expression of interest for tenders using a negotiated procedure for “European Integration Without Disinformation: A Network of Civic Resilience in Ukraine” Project.

The contract aims to strengthen resilience to foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI), including disinformation, by supporting regional and local actors in promoting fact-based information about the European Union and Ukraine’s EU integration. 

The project will combine media monitoring, capacity building, community-led initiatives and strategic communication to strengthen information integrity and democratic resilience across Ukraine.
