Has your close person gone missing in Ukraine? Here is an important information for relatives of foreign nationals

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine together with the Commissioner for Persons Gone Missing under Special Circumstances provide relatives of foreign nationals with an algorithm of actions to obtain information and assistance in tracing their close ones.

Dear relatives and friends of persons gone missing under special circumstances (citizens of other states)!

In order for you to exercise your rights under the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Legal Status of Persons Gone Missing under Special Circumstances’ and for us to assist you in finding your relatives/close ones, as well as to properly coordinate search activities in accordance with the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Commissioner for Persons Gone Missing under Special Circumstances, we have prepared a sample application for you. 

Please fill in the application in your preferred language (English or Spanish). 

Please provide complete and accurate information about the missing person by filling out a special form.
