The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine is a group of consultants that provides targeted technical assistance to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine in the development and implementation of priority reforms.

The RST is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) programme. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine (Sub-team Environment) is seeking a qualified specialist for the positions:

Submissions deadline: 23:59 (Kyiv time) 23 March 2026

Potential candidates should submit:

  • completed, signed, and scanned/photographed Application form;

  • completed, signed, and scanned/photographed NDA Form;

  • applicant's CV; 

  • contact details for three referees who, if contacted, can attest to the professional and/or educational background of the candidate.
