Description: The planned assistance would include: Strengthening of the human resources, working methods and systems of targeted Departments within the Ministry, its related Agencies, other subordinate bodies and linkages with Oblast and Rayon Administrations; Development of multi-annual financial management and budgetary control both national and regional level; Support new procedures, regulations and legal acts in line with sector strategic priorities.
