Ukraine Reforms Architecture Foundation (URA Foundation) is a non-governmental organisation that provides operational support to Ukraine Recovery and Reforms Architecture (URA) Program. 

Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)*, a comprehensive technical assistance programme deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union (EU), to support the Government of Ukraine in key reform, recovery and EU integration processes. URA is composed of Recovery and Reform Support Teams (RSTs) currently embedded in Ministries and agencies to manage the implementation of sectoral reforms and recovery initiatives.

The Ukraine Reform Architecture Foundation (URA Foundation) invites qualified specialists for the following positions:

• Team Leader at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and food markets
• Senior Project Manager on agricultural and food markets
