Panel Discussion | The Confidence Factor: Cultivating Self-Belief and Resilience

In the framework of the European Union’s drive to promote gender equality, the EU Delegation to the UAE cordially invites you to a high-level panel discussion on "The Confidence Factor: Cultivating Self-Belief and Resilience".

The event will consist of an inter-generational panel discussion with European Union and Emirati women leaders who will highlight key learnings from their success stories and underline the importance of inspiring and encouraging talented young women to pursue their professional careers in any field of activity. Panelists will also discuss the role of self-confidence in women's career success and share strategies for developing resilience and overcoming self-doubt in the workplace.
