Organisations or councils that commit to scheduling a surgery for at least 10 such citizens can request the EU Delegation to deliver these.

During the ongoing health pandemic, surgeries will be held by phone, WhatsApp, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or any other platform of choice.

In addition, free 90-minute information sessions for groups of citizens, providing a short presentation on the EU Settlement Scheme and an extended Q&A session also continue to be available for booking.

Complementing these services, the EU Delegation can also deliver target group specific free publications for senior citizens, children, non-EU family members in all EU languages to any location in the UK.
