The Delegation of the European Union to Afghanistan plans to conclude a 48-months framework contract with an Internet Provider

The tender is addressed to duly registered economic operators with the legal and technical capacity to carry out the contract in Kabul.

All economic operations interested to be invited for this tender shall submit their expression of interest by 21 November 2023 by e-mail to:

delegation-afghanistan-procurement@eeas.europa.eu

with the following data:

• Subject: EEAS-007-DELAFGK-SER-FWC Internet Provider
• Business name
• Postal and physical address of the company
• Name and e-mail address of the contact person
• Telephone number

The Delegation of the European Union to Afghanistan is under no obligation to attribute the above-mentioned contract. Under no circumstance will it be obliged to finalise a service contract based on the expression of interest by an economic operation.
