During the event, the EEAS and European Commission officials briefed representatives of the Eastern Partnership countries on the current state of the regional policy, current developments in the areas of peace, security, and defence, and on the implementation of the Strategic Compass for Security and Defence, CSDP missions and initiatives on hybrid and cyber issues.
