In this episode of Our Voice, Our Rights, Amen Frew Messele from Ethiopia shares how young people are contributing to the building of lasting peace. As part of Youth Sounding Board Ethiopia she works to connect youth perspectives with real policy decisions, ensuring their voices shape peacebuilding and governance. This week, during the EU's Youth, Peace & Security conference, she joined young peacebuilders from around the world to draft joint recommendations and encourage Member States to adopt National Action plans. The EU supports these efforts as part of its integrated approach to conflict prevention, peacebuilding and recovery promoting stability, equality and opportunity for all.
