High Representative/Vice President Josep Borrell will travel to the United Kingdom on 2-4 May to deliver the 15^th Dahrendorf Lecture at the University of Oxford. The lecture’s subject is “Europe Faced with Two Wars” and it will be broadcasted live on EbS on Friday 3 May at approximately 18:00 CEST.

On Saturday, the HR/VP will participate in the Dahrendorf Colloquium on “Europe in a Changing World” theme gathering representative of the academia and think tanks. The event is restricted to its participants.

The visit will provide an opportunity to reaffirm the EU-UK strong partnership as well as discuss regional challenges in security and defence.
