On Monday, 21 November, an emergency High-level Meeting of the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue will take place in Brussels. 

It will be facilitated by High Representative/Vice President Josep Borrell, supported by EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajčák. President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić and Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti confirmed their participation. 

The High Representative will start with separate meetings with each leader starting at 08:00, followed by a joint meeting. The focus of the emergency meeting will be on finding a way out of the current crisis and avoiding any further escalation and tensions on the ground, with an emphasis on licence plates and the return of Kosovo Serbs to Kosovo institutions.

There will be a statement to the media by the High Representative at the end of the meeting. The press statement by High Representative Borrell will be transmitted live on Europe by Satellite.
