Media advisory: HR/VP Kallas attends the AU-EU Summit in Luanda, Angola

On 24 and 25 November, High Representative/Vice-President (HR/VP) Kaja Kallas will be in Luanda, Angola, together with President of the European Council António Costa and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, to attend
the 7th African Union-European Union Summit.

Marking 25 years of the EU-AU partnership, the Summit will provide an opportunity to discuss how to strengthen cooperation in key areas such as peace, security, governance and multilateralism, people prosperity, migration and mobility.

In the margins of the Summit, the HR/VP will hold bilateral talks with African partners. HR/VP will hold a bilateral side event with West African ministers.
