Media advisory: HR/VP Kallas travels to Qatar and Jordan

On Saturday, 6 December, High Representative/Vice-President (HR/VP) Kaja Kallas will be in Doha, Qatar, where she will attend the Doha Forum.

She will participate in the opening panel entitled: “Mediation in a Time of Fragmentation” alongside the Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Foreign Minister of Türkiye, Hakan Fidan, and the Foreign Minister of Spain, José Manuel Albares. She will also have several bilateral meetings.

On Sunday, 7 December, the HR/VP will travel to Jordan, where she will meet His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein. She will also meet Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi. During her mission, the HR/VP will also visit the Jordan International Police Training Centre.
