Media advisory: HR/VP Kallas travels to Ukraine and chairs an informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers

High Representative/Vice-President (HR/VP) Kallas will travel to Ukraine on 31 March alongside European Union Foreign Ministers.

During the visit, the HR/VP and Ministers will travel to Bucha to mark four years since Russia’s mass killings. On the same day, the HRVP will host an informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers. The meeting will be followed by a press conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha. The visit will conclude with a handover ceremony of energy equipment to Ukrainian Railways.
