European Union Commission Vice President, Josep Borrell says they are not asking Africa to choose sides in the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Borrell who is also the EU's top diplomat was hosted by International Relations and Cooperation Minister Dr Naledi Pandor in Pretoria earlier this week.
