Summary Report: EU-Kuwait Green Transition Forum February 2026

Held on 8 February 2026 in Kuwait City, the EU–Kuwait Green Transition Forum, organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy (MEWRE) and the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), convened senior policymakers, industry leaders, financial institutions, researchers, and civil society representatives to advance EU–Kuwait collaboration on clean energy, climate resilience, sustainable finance, and green skills development. The Forum reinforced strategic dialogue under the EU–GCC Cooperation on Green Transition and identified practical pathways to accelerate a just and inclusive green transition.
