Visit of EU High Representative Kaja Kallas to Ukraine, 31 March 2026

High Representative/Vice-President Kaja Kallas travelled to Ukraine on 31 March 2026 to chair an informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers and reaffirm the European Union’s strong partnership with Ukraine. During the visit, High Representative/Vice-President Kaja Kallas and participating representatives travelled to Bucha to mark four years since Russia’s mass killings, paying tribute to the victims and standing in solidarity with the Ukrainian people. On the same day, the HR/VP hosted an informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers, followed by a press conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha. The visit concluded with a handover ceremony of energy equipment to Ukrainian Railways, underscoring the European Union’s continued and steadfast support for Ukraine.
