On 8 and 9 October 2020, Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of a stronger Europe in the World and Janez Lenarčič, European Commissioner for Crisis Management, went to Addis Ababa and the Jijiga area, in Ethiopia. Josep Borrell, 2nd from the right, and Janez Lenarčič, on the right, greet the communities during a visit to the Qoloji Camp for Internally Displaced People, Ethiopia.
