Yovo is an old hermit living on the banks of the Danube, isolated from the human world. One day, his life is disrupted when the forest and its species are threatened by the appearance of foreign tycoons.
‘THE TRAP is a film about the hidden animal in every human being as well as the invisible human in every animal creature; a homogeneous blend of an archetypal myth and the contemporary world. The story reveals the eternal striving of the true human person to preserve his dignity.’ (Director Nadejda Koseva)
